honest Trading Company was established in 1954 as a small unit of Textile Machines manufacturer. Now “honest” is one of the country's leading and front runners in the Textile Machinery Manufacturer. After passing very successful and growth oriented five decades (52 years to be precise), the group have developed latest machines and ancillary equipments like: Semi Automatic Loom, Push Button - Handle Type Heavy Duty Weaving Machine, Rapier Weaving Machine, Pirn Change Weaving Machine, Lubrication Free Jacquards, etc…

The company became Private Limited. In the year 1982; After becoming Private Limited organization the company upgraded the manufacturing capacity and added more models of Textile Weaving machines like Automatic Shuttle Change and Rapier weaving machines as per the market need and to compete export market and “honest” is also the upbringing member of “TEXTILE MINISTERY OF INDIA”. Now Honest Trading Company Pvt, Ltd. is known globally by its brand name “honest”, which is now Registered “®”. Hard work and devotion of our experienced and qualified personnel’s have gained the excellence in consistent quality of products and prompt trust of customers. The company adopted a system of strict measures of quality checks at each stage of processes including final testing before dispatch which ensured best quality product to our customers.
In 2005 developed "Rapier Weaving Machine and Pirn Change Machine" as latest development in textile market.
